Welcome to Coaching With Roy.

I have been on my evolutionary journey now for many years and I am so grateful for the impact it has had on my life. Personally, I am experiencing an inner sense of stillness that I would have previously thought was impossible, and my wife and I have created a depth of communion and intimacy that is equally outrageous. Professionally, I continue to awaken to my true calling and how I can display it in the world. It’s been an incredibe ride.

I am interested in working with people who are similarly interested in their personal evolution and how it can impact how they live, love or lead. Coaches normally help their clients get clear about what they want, create a plan, and then support them towards the achievement of their goals. That is NOT what I do. I am interested in going much deeper than that.

Creating and experiencing an exceptional life, personally or professionally, does not come from knowing what you want, but from knowing who you are. For everything we do, attract or experience—in any area of our lives—is always a reflection of who we perceive ourselves to be in the moment. All suffering is the result of a cosmic case of mistaken spiritual identity. Coaching With Roy is about waking up to who and what you really are, and then expressing that Awareness in every area of your life. I am deeply passionate about clients who are ready to go deep, to awaken their authentic Self and then to radically reinvent themselves accordingly.

Although I give my clients the practical tools they need to live, love or lead effectively, my ultimate goal is not to sooth their suffering, reduce their stress or even help them achieve their ego-enhancing goals. My role is to be the unwavering presence that points my client toward the full realization of their authentic Being, and then to support Its expression in and through their personal and/or professional life.
